Why dafuq did you tripod for a pose? You could have stood on 2 legs without use of your arm imo. Tripods went out of style years ago.
Besides that, going into your 'pose' you decided to extend and hold your leg after like 10 frames to it froze and it, how you say, jerked. It was very obvious.
