The only way they could purchase it for you, was if they logged in to your account. In this case, you'd both be banned for account sharing.

You could, however, sell TC to obtain the funds you need to buy TP/VIP. In which case, it's okay to make a thread selling TC in the items board, so long as it abides by the corresponding TC selling rules.
