Simple Head decap, and now rips both pecs off
This is one move what i made when i was trying to discover new moves/tactics.

Press c
Raise shoulders
Contract left pecs
Contract right pecs
Extend left glute
Extend right glute

Press space x1
(UPDATE: Grabby hands, thanks for Cheddar.)
Contract hips
Lower shoulders

Please give contructive comments and rate or or just in scale 1.0-10.0
But like i sayed, very simple move.
