hello, reporter sang here, answering to Dama in an unnecesary long way.
Basically what happened is that some of the high authorities decided that the clan forums should be eliminated and instead of clan forums making groups, wich were free and anyone could use them, aparently some other members agreed to this and the order was executed without a previous warning, the good things about this were that it'd be free for anyone to create a clan and there wouldnt be so much "official clan" pressure. The bad things were that it was disorganized, nobody expected it, it was harder to control, it was ugly, and making it free would overflow toribash with new senseless clans, not to mention the money already wasted and the effort that was put on the already created forums.
Anyway most of people were not happy with this so they gave us back our old and beautiful clan forum :3
